Our Mission

At Behavior PACT, our mission is to empower parents with effective tools and strategies to address and manage their children’s behavioral issues. Through personalized coaching and evidence-based behavioral techniques, we aim to foster healthier relationships between parents and children while helping kids develop open communication, emotional regulation, social skills, and positive behaviors.

Our Story

Everywhere we look, on social media, in online videos, through endless how-to guides, we’re bombarded with tips, tricks, and “secrets” to raising happy, healthy children. On the surface, it feels like the answers are right at our fingertips. But in reality, these one-size-fits-all solutions often scratch only the surface. What works for one child or family might completely miss the mark for another. Real change requires more than a quick tip, it takes personalized guidance, consistent support, and a clear path forward.

Our journey began while working together at a behavior analytic center for children with autism. Through our collaboration, we quickly realized we shared more than a strong work ethic, we shared a deep passion for the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA). We often found ourselves discussing how ABA could be used far beyond the autism setting. That curiosity led us to a conference on behavioral pediatrics, where a powerful presentation on parent coaching sparked a moment of clarity: behavior analysis has the power to improve the lives of all families.

Inspired and energized, we founded Behavior PACT. Our mission is to provide parents with the tools, coaching, and confidence they need to create meaningful change in their homes because every family deserves support tailored to their unique needs.

Our Name

Our name, Behavior PACT, was created when we outlined our values (positivity, accountability, compassion, and teamwork). A pact is a promise between two or more people. By receiving services from Behavior PACT, parents make a promise to take an active role in changing their child's behavior.
