Does any of this sound familiar?
If you're nodding right now, you're exactly who we're here for.
"I've tried everything and I don't know what else to do. Every morning is a battle and I'm exhausted."
"The school says they're 'handling it' but my child is still struggling. I feel dismissed at every IEP meeting."
"I love my child so much but I genuinely don't know how to help them. I feel like I'm failing as a parent."
"I feel like I’m constantly putting out fires instead of actually teaching."
"I don’t need another workshop. I need someone to help me apply this with my students."
"No matter what I try, we end up right back where we started."
Why Behavior PACT
Real support. Real Results.
We're not just consultants. We're parents who get it, professionals who dig deep, and advocates dedicated to turning obstacles into opportunities for growth and connection.
We Figure out the Why
Every behavior has a reason. We take time to understand the why behind your child's actions. No judgment, no quick fixes!
We Walk Alongside You
Parent coaching means you're not left with a packet and a prayer. We practice evidence-based strategies with you until they actually work in your home.
We Know Your Rights
IEP meetings can feel overwhelming and one-sided. We sit at the table with you to make sure your child gets every support they're entitled to.
We Deliver Strategies Built by Teachers, for Teachers
School consultation: We’ve stood where your staff is standing. We know that generic professional development doesn't work when you're in the middle of a high-stress transition. Our consultation goes beyond theory; we provide in-class coaching and "in-the-trenches" support to help your team reclaim their classrooms and get back to what they love: teaching.

Kaley Adams, PhD, BCBA-D
Co-Owner
Dr. Kaley Adams helps parents and educators turn challenging behavior into teachable moments using practical, evidence-based strategies rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Through Behavior PACT, she works with families and schools to create clear plans that improve behavior, increase independence, and help children succeed both at home and in the classroom.

Dr. Adams is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) and earned her Ph.D. in Special Education from Florida Atlantic University (FAU - Go Owls!). She currently serves as a Visiting Instructor in FAU’s Department of Special Education, teaching courses up to the master’s level.

Before becoming a behavior analyst, Dr. Adams worked as a public elementary school teacher for 4th and 5th grade. During that time, she also worked in homes providing ABA services to children with autism ages 2–18. This combination of classroom teaching and behavior analysis allows her to bridge the gap between behavior science and real-world classrooms.

After becoming a BCBA, Dr. Adams served as a Program Coordinator for an ABA company and private school, where she supported both students and educators by integrating behavior analytic strategies into classroom instruction.

During her doctoral training, Dr. Adams conducted research focused on increasing independent living skills for adults with intellectual disabilities, including budgeting, decision-making, and workplace readiness.

Dr. Adams has been passionate about education since childhood and firmly believes that every learner deserves the opportunity to succeed. She brings that same philosophy to her work with parents and teachers, focusing on practical strategies that create meaningful, lasting change.

And yes... she also uses ABA in her own life: raising her son, sticking to her workout routine, tackling procrastination, and occasionally shaping her husband’s behavior so the clothes make it into the hamper.
Linda Panzica, M.S. Ed., BCBA, LBA-NYS
Co-Owner
Linda began her career working with children in 1994 as an elementary school teacher for 1st and 4th grades. After earning her master’s degree from Hunter College in 2000, she became a preschool teacher for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). It was during this time that Linda was introduced to the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

The remarkable progress she observed in her students as she implemented ABA principles inspired her to further her education. In 2002, she became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). Encouraged by experienced professionals who provided exceptional training, Linda pursued additional coursework to earn her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in 2011.

Through her work, Linda quickly recognized that ABA principles extend beyond children with autism, they apply to many aspects of daily life. She continued her career in education and training, leading workshops for teachers and parents both in and outside the classroom.

In 2016, Linda began consulting in New York City and Westchester County schools, collaborating with leaders in the field and expanding her expertise. In 2022, she relocated with her family to Florida, where she worked in two clinics serving children with autism.

Linda has always placed great value on building strong relationships with parents during training sessions, helping them develop foundational skills. Drawing from her own experience receiving parent coaching, she seamlessly integrates those insights with the core principles of ABA, empowering families with effective strategies for success.
